Kylie was admitted to the bar in 2015. She initially worked in general practice before specialising in employment law and moving to a boutique employment law firm.
Kylie is an employment law specialist who has experience dealing with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She is skilled at resolving personal grievance claims and other employment disputes, representing clients in mediations and before the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court as required.
Over the years she has regularly advised on a wide range of employment issues including restructures and redundancies, performance management, disciplinary matters and medical incapacity. She has also acted as an independent investigator in sensitive matters such as bullying complaints. Kylie believes that understanding people and relationships are key to resolving employment problems. Her aim is to resolve issues for her clients in a thoughtful and pragmatic manner.
When not at work, you will find Kylie in her garden exercising her green fingers or walking her dog, Archie.
