Tony is an experienced litigation lawyer with extensive experience in general civil litigation gained over more than twenty years of legal practice.
Since 2005 Tony has specialised in insurance litigation, including time spent as a senior claims solicitor at Vero Liability, where he managed a wide range of claims including public and products liability claims, professional indemnity claims and stat liability claims.
Tony provides indemnity and liability advice to insurers on a wide range of matters, including product liability, public liability, professional indemnity (engineers, and architects) and subrogated recoveries, with a particular focus on complex construction disputes and major fire claims.
Tony also has considerable experience and expertise with alternative dispute resolution, including private mediation, and has an excellent record of settling claims.
Overall, Tony’s approach to any dispute or litigation is pragmatic and result orientated so as to ensure that the risk and cost of any proceeding is appropriately reflected in the litigation strategy, thereby achieving the best possible outcome for clients in the most effective and expeditious manner.
